Getting Started with Baldrige
In this session, participants will be introduced the fundamentals of the Baldrige Excellence Framework, including the Core Values and Concepts, the basics of process maturity, and the importance of the Organizational Profile. We’ll explore the structure of the framework and how you can start using the framework right away to build alignment in your organization, improve your processes, and enhance your results. This session will provide opportunities for interaction with other participants and hands-on application of some of the fundamental Baldrige concepts.
Baldrige Next Steps: Building Momentum
This session will encourage participants to dive deeper into some of the Baldrige Framework concepts to help you build systematic approaches that are well deployed and improved using fact-based information. We’ll also discuss how the integrated Baldrige System provides a developmental roadmap that helps your organization pursue excellence in a deliberate, focused way. If you’ve written an application and/or have a Baldrige Feedback Report, this session will help you use those documents to fuel your excellence journey. Participants will be encouraged to share their experiences and learning with others in this interactive and engaging session.
